Annual Tomato Tasting at Cornerstone

We are excited to announce that Chef Bruce Riezenman will be our guest speaker at the Annual Tomato Tasting at Cornerstone. The founder and head of Park Avenue Catering, Riezenman is renowned for creating seasonal menus that use local and organic ingredients. On Sunday he will be sharing recipes that will help you to make the most of the tomato harvest. He’ll be offering tips on oven drying, salsa and bruschetta making, and ways to prepare the best tomato-based sauces. He will also be speaking about which tomato varieties work best in different dishes.
Join us for Chef Riezenman’s demonstration at 1pm in the courtyard area in front of Artefact Design & Salvage.
